a very good point, Ms Jess, and very nicely done. I am continuously vacillating between raging, white-hot anger and giggling when it comes to profile photos. Sadly, in summary I am left with a very bitter taste in my mouth as most profile photos are either fake, or outright off-putting to ugly, or showing all to clearly that the person behind it is looking for sex only. It is completely beyond me why online dating sites do not stop users creating names like "cam sex only" which indicates that the owner of a profile is confusing the online dating site with an online brothel.
Also, some of the pictures show a tiny human figure (the person that the profile is supposed to be about) in front of some mountain range, or the pyramid of Gizeh, or an ocean which occupies 90 percent of the photograph's space. Come on, people .. stop insulting my intelligence !
